The guide book photo of the black and white adornments got me excited. But there was much more to enjoy for a pitiful entry fee. Humour led us up the stairs to insights of cloistered living. Plus views of Noto vistas and significant buildings. And...More

A beautiful baroque church to admire. Not as over the top as some of churches but all the better for it. If in Noto make sure to visit.

Noto has many baroque churches and if you want to visit the most interesting, this would be the one. You can visit the upper floors where the nuns looked down into the church and then climb the campanile for a superb view of the cathedral.

While this church is not as ornate as others, it is still stunning in it's simplicity. It felt very serene and is really beautiful.
