Not too ostentatious. Just right. Bright colours. Beautiful glass in lead windows. Good feeling throughout

Well worth the climb up the steps to see inside this gorgeous church. The interior is beautiful and tranquil.

We had a tour guide that lived outside Noto so spent a few nights down the street from this magnificent beautiful church. It was spectacular inside and outside as well as during the day and night. Unfortunately I was told that it has a lot...More

Large immense Cathedral that is worth a walk through. Near the entrance is a small scale replica of the entire Cathedral

Great sense of history inside the Duomo completed in 1776 and modelled on the churches of Rome and magnificently restored following the dramatic collapse of its dome in1996. Fortunately noone was killed in the collapse due to the failure of one oif its pillars.

This is absolutely impressive from the outside. It is big, bold, and beautiful. The inside kind of disappoints. Nothing wrong with it, just not as majestic as the exterior.

Recently re-bulit and it shows. Inside is clean and neat, but dull and uninteresting. It is big. Facade and steps outside are very grand.

Spectacular colours during the sun set in Noto. I loved the view from the stairs and the atmosphere on the main road. Enjoy

I don't know but you may about to enquire when you are in Sicily using Tourist information. I found church times did vary but most were open in the morning. Some in Ortigia closed at 14.00 or had short opening times to... More
