Porta Reale is nothing to go out of the way for, however it is inevitable you will find yourself walking along Corso Vittorio Emanuele, therefore unlikely to miss it. Erected in 1838 for the visit of Ferdinand II, (1810-1859) it was built by the Marquis...More

It is always an amazing entrance to watch - day and night! There are coffee shops and biscuits places next to it.You might be lucky to get a traditional local musician playing music. It is a place to watch the world go by! Just beautiful.

The Royal gate was built in 1838 to greet King Ferdinand II. It is the entrance to the main street of Noto, the Corso Vittorio Emanuele.

The hotel is an excellent choice for a visit to beautiful baroque Noto. Located in the main street, the hotel is right in the centre of the action, which also means that front-side rooms can get noisy. Excellent breakfast, nice service, what more?

This big arch is the entrance to the old town in Noto. You may pass through this arch after you park your car outside, like we did. Once inside, the pretty town is laid out in front of you.
