A very nice beach with a beautiful view on the Scala Dei Turchi! The beach is pretty big and it was crowded (in june at least). There is also some accommodation if needed and the sand is really thin if you like it this way.

Recommend paying for parking at Majorta Beach and walking along the beach 15 minutes to the Turkish steps (no stairs). The moonscape/ alien rock formations overlooking the sea and sky make for great photography. After taking pictures, we returned to Majorta and renting comfortable sun...More

Beautiful, impressive. You can climb on this rock sculpted by the sea and bathe in the sun on the top. Touristic, though, there are a lot of visitors. Powerful wind on the top

We cam during the sunset, which is probably the best time to visit the place and also there were not too many people during the Easter time this year. The views are really beautiful!

Unbelievable white coast, clear water, amazing views - must see destination. It could be the only reason why to visit the less visited south part of Sicily. Masterpiece of the nature.

I do always recommend renting a car when travelling. If you are not on your own, it can fit better in your budget that public transport and you don't rely on timetables. Rent fares can vary greatly depending upon the region... More
