A great beach

This is a great sandy beach, large enough it doesn't get busy. Surf is great for the surfers whether beginner or more skilled and for superb fun on body boards. Sea can get a bit busy mid afternoon depending on the tide. Off the beach...More

Great beginners break, and a decent beach for all the family

Beautiful beach

Its a great beach to go with small children or with teens. You have the river and the surf school's, beautiful sunset, clean water and sand.

Nice beach and place to visit

This place is really good fro you to visit all year round. Nice beach, loads of good restaurants, surf schools and the wonderful "Bola de Berlim" wagon. Nice beach for kids, with a huge car parking just 2 minutes away from beach. Must go there!

Beautiful beach

It's a nice, sandy beach. Of course a favourite surf spot, for pros as well as for surfing schools. Also offers several restaurants and shops.

Surfers favourite spot. Swimming here is often a challenge

This beach is a favorite spot for surfers. I'm not a surfer but enjoy watching them. Restaurant facilities, although not of same quality and choice as Ericeira just a few miles away. Great scenery.
