Went here for the afternoon, you can only really spend a couple of hours there, as although the ruins, particularly the amphitheatre is amazing, however the rest is nice for a walk about. For it being free entry too to those who come from EU...More

The large amphitheater is the real star of the show here. Other than a jumble of ruins at the entrance to the site, there is not much else here that hasn’t been heavily refurbished. There are a few well-preserved mosaic floors near the top of...More

The ancient Roman city "Itálica" deserves a long walking tour. It is simply amazing, go to Santiponce to see it, eat in one of the many restaurants in front of it and enjoy. Dont think and go

I bit disappointed to see that the Roman theatre was closed, although it will reopen by the end of May. The rest of the archeological site was interesting. Old historical remains (II century AC). It was worth the visit. Free entrance.

The site was closed for an undetermined period. They redirect visitors to a small nearby site of no great interest. Better to make sure they are open before making your way there.
