Do you want to know one of the most emblematic estuaries and islands of Galicia?

This land is an area of hard workers who live working as fishermen or gathering shellfish, anonymous people who create wealth, culture and intangible heritage.

We start the route off, doing a boat trip along the estuary of Arousa in order to get to know first-hand how fishermen and shellfish catchers work and what kind of tools they use. Specialized guides will explain you how every tool have been used during time.

Last but not least we will visit one of the best point views within the area, here we will prepare a special picnic with local products.

Wrong moment to visit, just before the harves. We saw a lot of gleaming, silent machines. The tour was nice, nto too lonmg or too technical. Good to ask before coming, if you want to see it in action.

Looking for something to do on a rainy day and had read reviews on TripAdvisor. It took a little bit to find it...yes, it really is up the dirt road by the big trees! But it was worth it. Lovely young woman conducted a tasting for 3 of us. We really liked the wine and bought a few bottles. Beautiful setting and a fun way to spend a bit of time.

Drove down to Sanxenco with my family after completing the Camino. This small, family run winery offers a relaxing, informative and tasty tour. Entire tour lasts about 1 hour, with wine tasting at the end. Specializing in the white wine of the region (Albarino). Most visitors to Sanxenxo are from Spain, as such, there isn't as much interaction with non-Spanish speaking tourists. We very much appreciated that they were able to provide the tour in English.

We passed by and had not booked. We chanced to get along on a tour. The woman who met was extremely service minded. She did not really have time with any wine tasting for us because she was waiting for a group of handicapped Spaniards. Nevertheless, she arranged a simpler wine tasting for us. Very impressive. The wine we bought was great. Our gps from Google maps had some trouble finding Adega Eidos but it was due to the difference in altitude.
