First nine is very wide open. Fairways are somewhat on the rough side - lots of burned out patches. Greens were in good shape and rolled fairly straight. Less break than you think you see. The back nine is another matter all together. Lush and tight fairways with lots of trouble around the greens. The back nine presents a very good test of golf. Staff are extremely friendly. This is one of the first golf courses to open each year in Nova Scotia. If I was in the area I might consider playing it but I would not drive the three hours to play it.
