If you like to run. Just take a car to laguna negra near to nevado del ruiz. You can run from there to rio guali and come back. 16km+. Ask to jose palma in laguna negra where you can go is very good man.

The tour guide, drivers, and other staff were very friendly and courteous. Great service, that which is rarely seen in Colombia. Everything was fantastic, exceeded expectations. Not to mention the great scenery and the hike itself.

Cold and eerie to visit this volcano and surrounding lands. You must meet a guide at the entrance and take the guide with you to see the park. It is COLD there so bring all your warm clothes.

In your opinion is this tour indicated for a couple of 68 years old ? We are afraid of dizzying heights and narrow ledges. Thanks ! By the way, what is the tour's price ? Are there other tours of 1 day from Manizales to Los Nevados ?
