Hiking and fresh air in the mountain of Neda...there is a small fall and a big fall located in the middle of the mountain.. The fresh water that runs n the falls is so clean that you can take a swim during the summer season and there you can find lots of wild flowers and even mushroom but you have... More

We visited this waterfall in November as part of our rafting activity in the river of Lousios with Trekking Hellas. The waterfall is amazing, the water is cold but definitely worth swimming. A must do experience for those loving nature and adventure.

Beautiful views, icy cold water is just what you need in summer heat! Take good sandals or shoes as you will have to climb ca800 m.

The drive there is a bit of an adventure and the dirt road down is a bit hard on the car. Make sure you wear proper shoes as the walk to the waterfall is steep in some parts and can get slippery. The walk will take you about 20 minutes. Make sure you go to the second waterfall, not far... More

I suggest that you should wear sport shoes so you can climb on the rocks and explore the river which is very nice.

If you don't wish to pay for an organized excursion (worth it, but you need to be a bit fit), you can leave the car near a cantina and prepare for a 20' walk on the mountain (comfy shoes for walking, light clothes, available water, not many bags to carry). Walking up the mountain is not hard, though there are... More

This is probably the best waterfall that you can swim in in Greece. Make sure you get good road directions as there are two ways to get there and one is very difficult with a 4 km drive on rough dirt road. Whichever route you take it involves difficult maneuvering through tiny village roads. Wear good non-slip shoes as the... More

First things first. You have to get there.... Good luck! 2 roads neither one is an easy one. Taking the wrong one may get you lost or cost you an hour more. (take the one that goes to Kalamata from Kalo Nero and not the other one). Make sure that your tyres and brakes are in good condition because you... More

Wonderful waterfalls and stunning scenery. Well worth the treacherous road and the hike. Not recommended for the elderly (unless fit) or for small children. Once you get there the waters will
