We will admire the medieval towers dating back to 1500 and finally the marvelous natural limestone caves: the Bazzano caves, the Capovento caves and the most suggestive one, the "Blue Grotto". Ready for the swim break? immerse yourself in its crystal clear waters! you can snorkel cooler and swim to the cave if you like ... it will be absolutely worth it! this moment of suggestion and relaxation will end only when we return to the harbour.

We went at the beginning of July. Very nice, although a popular and open beach. Clean and good services from the restaurants and parking spaces are available.

A large expanse of beach, flat and sandy (as opposed to pebbles) to the north of the town of Sperlonga. Close to the marina. Private and public sections. Sunbeds and umbrellas for hire, prices depending on where you choose to sit, but ranging from 30 to 50 euros for the day for 2 sunbeds and a beach umbrella. Some places also offer changing booths and storage. Lots of little beachside cafes. Great space for a day out on the beach.

Friendly family restaurant on the beach. Fresh Seafood and Pasta. I ordered the mixed grill for 18 euro. However it only had 1 prawn, 1 squid and 1 piece of sword fish. My partner ordered the Fritto Misto which was only 15 euro and it pretty much had double the portion. I had menu envy. Go the fritto Misto!!

The food at the little self serve restaurant here is fantastic. The fish is extroardinarily fresh. It used to be a lovely, characteristic older white and blue building with a porch right on the sand, but it has been completely renovated with a more modern look. The food is still great. From the port, walk along the edge where the stream is and you'll walk right into it. Closed in the winter. The lido is a little on the expensive side.
