A great view of Pelican Cay where we had the best snorkling on the island. A nice 10-15 minute walk in the water to the snorkling area during low tide. Great open view of the horizon.

We had bug spray with us and sprayed it on every 10 minutes. It was still not enough and we got eaten alive, all over our bodies! Two days later we're still suffering from the largest mosquito bites I've ever had. The beach itself is...More

Beautiful location at the far end of Middle Caicos with only a handful of homes for rent. The drive from the ferry in North Caicos is approximately 1 hour. Bambarra Beach is a stunning stretch of white sand and warm turquoise water. Bone fish flats...More

It took a awhile too find Bambara Beach, but when we did it was an oasis. The beach had some seaweed, but it was completely deserted. Near the shore there are some shaded picnic tables and tiki huts, suggesting that it's a hang-out place at...More

Where to start... We were alone on this breath taking beach, water knee high for miles, crystal clear with hard sand, slightly breezy but wow wow wow. Worth the trip to middles Caicos and TURKS. This beach made the trip for me we dint want...More

Because it's remote, the beach doesn't get a lot of tourists. The water was shallow and not particularly calm but we loved the peacefulness of the place. Seems like it's a place that gets a lot of action from the local community though because there...More

I'd read about Bambarra Beach in travel magazines but it doesn't prepare you for the beauty of it in person. And when we went, there were only 3 other people on the entire beach! Paradise.

One of the most beautiful places I've ever seen and completely secluded. We were there for hours without seeing another person.

Well, words cannot describe the serenity and beauty found at Bambara Beach. There was nobody there when we first arrived, so we had the beach to ourselves for a bit. Well worth the ferry ride and renting a car for the day to explore North...More

It was an awesome experience. We had the whole beach and water to ourselves. It was an incredible experience to be able to walk out 500m and be at knee height for the whole way. Beautiful blue ocean and not a soul around.

Questions & AnswersAsk a question
Thanks for your post - we are staying at Bambarra Beach and will be looking for places to swim. It sounds like it's pretty shallow along this beach, did you find other places to snorkel on Middle?
