Such a beautiful place, but the staff not friendly or helpful in the gift shop. There was a abruptness in the first staff we seen. Unfriendly, Right to the very end of our sales transaction. It’s a shame for all of what the area offers in beauty, it lacks in Customer appreciation

Overrated Hype
Oct. 2021
This place may have a flashy website, but it sure doesn't live up to expectations.

We went there this morning only to find out that you needed to have booked in advance to even be granted entrance to anywhere other than the gift shop. We drove an hour to find this out. This message wasn't communicated when logging onto their website.

We also found out that they charge $60 to just access their walking trails.

Additionally, we found the people rather unfriendly or even borderline rude.

Save yourself the time and the money and simply skip this place entirely.

Great place to spend 1 to 3 hours. Wade through cranberries and walk the nature trails.

We had a great time at the Cranberry farm. We did the "plunge" where they give you hip waders to walk thigh-deep in cranberries. We weren't rushed at all and a great photo op! We also walked a few trails with a $5 per person trail pass. The store has some interesting items. We didn't do the wine tasting or wagon tour

Enjoyable visit
Aug. 2021 • Family
Enjoyable visit to the cranberry marsh and winery shop. At the shop, highly recommend the cranberry wine (ask for a sample) and the oatmeal cranberry cookies. I would recommend visiting in the fall to be able to do the cranberry plunge, it is not available in the summer.

No respect for the customers!!!
Oct. 2020
Before I booked tickets for the visit, I read the reviews and came across a few people advising that the staff at this farm is extremely abrupt! At that time I thought maybe something went wrong But when I called the farm to asked them a few questions before I booked the trip, I have personally experienced that attitude! What 's more when I have visited this farm with my family, I was YELLED at just for the fact that I arrived a bit earlier to the plunge!!! The people working there are not only abrupt, some of them are extremely RUDE and have NO RESPECT for customers and NO RESPECT for people whatsoever!!! Absolutely TERRIBLE experience! Would not recommend this place to any of my friends. They charge a lot of money and then allow themselves to YELL at customers and be openly RUDE and OBNOXIOUS!! Besides, they do not have any tents for the people to eat snacks. In October it is quite cold and windy to eat outside on a picnic table. Mind it is a 2 hour drive from Toronto and the kids were hungry . We bought some snacks (quite expensive and poor variety) at the farm but they do not have any place to eat it inside and the only option is to seat in the open wind if you are lucky to find a chair next to a fire pit. But the real problem there is the attitude of those who work there. Looks like they hate their customers and hate their job and probably hate the cranberry too! Absolutely disgusting!!!

Relaxing Day!
Oct. 2020 • Friends
If you’re looking for a relaxing day trip with friends or family then a cranberry marsh visit should do the trick. I voted for the Cranberry-Blueberry wine as my favourite. 🤓 🍷

Can’t wait to go back!

Loved the tour from start to finish. There was enough time in between events to not feel rushed. The cranberry plunge was the definite highlight! Thank you to Wendy for being an amazing tour guide! The staff were all friendly and completely knowledgeable.
Will definitely return!

We came, we saw, we plunged.

The cranberry plunge was great as well as the hiking trails. We did the wagon ride, it was short but the driver was really informative and funny. We also did the wine tasting, and it was worth the $10. The cranberry plunge was well for the money spent on it.

Need to revisit
Oct. 2020 • Couples
This was a spur of the moment trip so we did not reserve any tour but we will be back. The scenery was beautiful the staff friendly and attentive and the wine and snacks is were great. We bought jams and jellies and lots of wine and can see us returning in the near future.
