Lovely village and nice walk to the Chateau. Interesting artwork and picturesque views. A steep climb, so have proper footwear. You can drive to the top, but it’s rather narrow. The weather was absolutely perfect!

We drove to the top of Lacoste and enjoyed a brief walk around the viewpoints of the Chateau. The view of the valley below is worth the drive up.

At the top of the "Lacoste" hill is a semi restored chateau owned by the owner of Lacoste. Furnishings in the house makes the chateau come to life. Beautiful views over the valley. Hint: you can drive there instead of walking up the steep hill...More

Our group made a quick stop for an exterior visit to the castle as the building was not open. We had beautiful views of the surrounding countryside and that made it worth the stop. It is great Pierre Cardin has an interest in the area....More
