We had some excellent lavender cake in the cafe to refuel before going out to pick some lavender for our wedding. Very relaxing being in the sun, with the smell of lavender. I enjoyed watching the bees go about their way.

Great place to visit with adult friends, but not very interesting for small children. The cafe serves some lovely food (if a little overpriced) in a beauutiful barn. The shop sells some unusual Lavender gifts.

We had be meaning to visit for years but always seemed to put it off & only thinking about it when the season was over, it was well worth the visit, everything you could want contected with lavender & nicely presented.

This is hidden off the road in Ickleford, which is a shame. I think it should be better advertised as it is a really lovely and they sell unusual things and the coffee shop is a must!

Especially good when the lavender & sunflowers are in full bloom & you can self pick. Nice barn cafe ( great cake) & shop. Always space to park.

Beautiful place to explore with the young ones of your family. The cafe/shop is beautiful, well worth a visit on a summers day.

Best for Lavender right now, if you want the Poppies growing in with the Lavender I would go for late June/early July. Enjoy. Note their Sunflowers are out at the moment. Take your camera, and walk to the top of the field... More
