Sometimes a friendly owner will let you experience this fanciest of beach huts! Some are now refurbished in a modern looking way. I don't whether this is for a little fancy privacy and not the traditional sea fishing. I've never seen anybody catch anything but perhaps I've been there at the wrong time.…

great views out to sea, and across the estuary, past "Phare de Cordouan", and down the coast toward Bordeaux. When the sun goes down the lightning is stunning all along this area.
