The tour was great. I did see some bad reviews about kids etc. But they do explain that there is a walk to the boat around 20-25mins. And if you cant keep up with the group you waste other peoples boat time. The walk wasnt as bad as i thought. The bus ride there was good. The boat guy was... More

An exhilarating trip in a jet boat on Lake Tasman giving close viewing of the ice bergs and th Tasman Glacier. Latha, our guide, was both informative and enthusiastic. Would definitely recommend this trip.

A fabulous experience, not to be missed. Our guide, Pancho, was first class. Knowledgeable yet humorous. To be able to see icebergs up close and to taste the ice and realise it could be 300 years old was amazing. The glacial lake looked stunning. Be aware you do need to walk to the lake as part of the trip. It's... More

The Glacier Explorers was included in our self-drive tour. Fun experience! Be prepared for a "longer than expected" hike from the bus to the boats for your time on the water. The glacier guide was fun and informative. She added a lot to the adventure.

I'm a geography nut so I love anything to do with glaciers. This was the most amazing experience, 45 mins on a glacier lake getting up close to icebergs. Our guide (can't remember his name but he was from Belfast) was entertaining and informative. My kids (age 7 and 5) loved it too. It's expensive but worth it for a... More

Tom from Guildford skippered our boat around the lake and gave us a robust scientific educational event of the glaciers and icebergs even presenting us with a crystal from the ice berg. We need to think what we are doing to our planet people as today's glacial trip will be without a glacier in only 100 yrs Expertly presented and... More

Loved this afternoon on the glacier lake (only 25 years old) getting up close to icebergs. Tom our skipper/guide informed us well and in the whole kept us dry!

A great activity to do but I feel it's too expensive. I've been many times as a school teacher with students (we get a good discount) but wouldn't be willing to go for leisure due to price. Great experience though. About an hour of cruising on the large Tasman Glacial Lake in a small boat with a knowledgeable guide. Often... More
