I have been to a few summer plays and taken different friends and family along to enjoy . The space is very comfortable ,the size small so plays are easy to feel a part of and the program is efficiently run. The material and acting have always been very good in my opinion relatable to my life .

Took a day trip out from Saskatoon. The art gallery is a beautiful browse. The restaurant menu is simple, but well presented. Delicious borscht. Well worth the day trip.

Wow what a fab evening! A great performance by a skilled cast of a well written play. Prairie Nurse is very funny start to end! The venue is amazing big town theatre in small town Sask. They offer a pre show dinner which we didn’t do but it smelled great! Very friendly volunteer staff. Rosthern is 40 mins north of Saskatoon (divided highway) easy drive! Check it out!!

Our friends made reservations for the dinner and play and it was a memorable evening! The tearoom is a delight with a very nice, fixed menu dinner set amidst art work. We went for 6pm and enjoyed a leisurely meal (it does have a liquor licence). It allowed us time to take a stroll around the town (or village) before going in for the play, titled "The Moonlight Sonata of Beethoven Blatz." The acting was professional and the set excellent and overall was most enjoyable. While the air conditioning was perfect for the meal, it was not in evidence at all in the theatre which resulted in a lot of discomfort for many patrons. I can only hope the unit was broken or it would be a severe problem on a hot evening! It took us about 45 mins each way to drive from Saskatoon but was well worthwhile. Highly recommended!
