Springbrook NP has caves with glow worms, 20-foot tall tree ferns, scenic overlooks, hiking trails, waterfalls, and huge trees. It has environmental remnants of the ancient Gondwanan supercontinent, with a very primordial feel. It is definitely worth a visit.

We didn't actually see the glow worms but the walk we did was mildly grunty. Take your time and it should be fine and definitely worth it.
