Xel-Ha Natural wonder awaits you! Xel-Ha is simply unique! Xel-Ha is one of the world's most beautiful, natural aquariums. And it's all inclusive too!!! Swim and snorkel surrounded by rainbow colored fish who have made the river and inlet their home, take long walks in the middle of the jungle, ride a bike, take the train or just relax while enjoying the lazy river! All these activities are included too!

This is a must see on a trip to Cancun, Playa del Carmen, or Cozumel. It was slightly pricey, but well worth it for a full day of activity and food. I brought my 3 teenagers, around lunchtime, and they all wished they could have...More

This place was fantastic. Apart form the lush, jungle like greenery, there were numerous food outlets, dolphins, snorkling in a large lagoon, a lazy river to sail down and relax, cliff jumping, a mayan cave, cenotes to explore, wildlife unlike anywhere else, and great friendly...More

Great family day out the snorkelling was really good, worth taking waterproof shoes. Would do the jungle trip later in the day as very busy in the morning. Food really good. Jumping off platforms very good. Could do a family zip wire into the water.

The water is shallow, which is good for beginners. It's convenient to get all equipment and food included. However, the water is murky from algae, and I didn't see any coral reef. The place has clearly suffered from all the tourists. Another place that's apparently...More

Xel-Ha is lovely, we have been before. However the new slide is deadly hence my low rating, someone is going to be killed if they don't sort it out! The slide is superfast and at the end flips you over as you get into a...More

After waiting and being attacked by mosquitoes for more than 45 minutes (at the end of the day) to have a new photo printed and then for the manager Maricarmen to email the digital copy she'd promised (and encouraged rather than giving us a refund),...More

This the ideal place for people that are eager to pay $85 per person to be in an overcrowded park that destroyed a natural spot. Yes you can eat and drink all the time but no quality should be expected. The main attraction, swimming downstream...More

I went to Xcaret on my last trip down and enjoyed Xel Ha much more. My kids are found adults and we were in the water for 5 hours straight. Jumping off cliffs, going down a water slide and the Sea Trek Sting Ray experience...More

Paid for an excursion to visit this park. We did the new water slide down the light house first as we were told it got busy. Not a fan of water slides I sat slightly upright to avoid going fast. When approaching the bottom the...More

The only way I'd bring my own stuff is if you had a mask made with a prescription. I know we were worried about reusing a snorkel, but they come in their own package and then you keep them; very clean!
