Amazing place, a must see to understand the history of Guadalajara and its surroundings. I recommend the free guided tour. I believe it's free on Tuesdays

It seems this historical mansion, now used as a cultural center in Tlaquepaque, is a hit or miss attraction. Artist selling their wares, or maybe a small event that focuses on visiting artisans, or nothing at all. Try to find a schedule before going.
