Home of the artist and carved out of the mountainside. It is also a museum showcasing some art work. The entry fee is reasonable for what you can see from wandering round the house to looking around the gardens and museum.very beautiful home and gardens

We knew nothing about Cesar Manrique until coming to Lanzarote. The centre is aesthetically beautiful and a work of art. There is a gallery there and I was inches away from 2 Picassos and a Miro! It was also nice and cool on a very...More

A must see, what an amazing man, of visionary design. The museum was very interesting. It was an unplanned visit, but has stayed with me as a fondest Lanzarote memory

The grounds are beautiful and it is an interesting trip but kids will get bored. Not for the disabled or elderly!!!!!

Caesar Manriques house is beautiful. It is sculpted around/within lava bubbles and uses natural light. It is a very restful place. Stunning.

Went to this place on the first day of our trip. The place is good and one time visit.I found the place bit overpriced .A price around 4-5 euros would have been appropriate.Good one hour spent.

A great place to help you to appreciate this inland, it's history and the positive influence of a true visionary.

What a place to live, it's like a Bond villains lair. You could drive past and not know it existed. Parts are even educational. We seemed to arrive at a very busy time. Make time and go, it beats sunbathing and boozing.

We did an express tour with first minute travel which brought us there & back. It was only €15 pp from Costa Teguise & both the house and the art are beautiful & fascinating. It was a great way to spend a couple of hours....More

I think you will have to change buses in Arrecife. Buses to Arrecife from Playa Blanca are fairly frequent but those to Tahiche may be less so. I'm not sure if you would change at the intercambiador or at the bus... More

I agree with Jan's comments. Perhaps there is a Manrique day trip available to see both buildings. I remember accessibility seemed quite good but not in all areas
