To walk from the entrance as far as the Club house takes about half an hour but if you enjoy photography the opportunities are endless on the path through mature trees winding down to the Slaney river affording you magnificent views back towards the bridge. When you eventually get to the club house the restaurant is open to all and... More

Great location and facilities. For a relatively new course it's a wonderfully mature setting mostly, the newer parts will mature in time to turn this into a a superb golf course. Should be on your list of 'must play' courses.

I played this course yesterday. We fouls it long and very tough of the white markers which sat right in front of the blue championship tees. It played every inch of its yardage and more, with high elevations adding additional yardage too. The rough is brutal, if you go in there you could loose a ball very easy. I play... More

Four of us played on Tuesday. It was wonderful. Staff in pro shop and restaurant were friendly. We ate before playing and food was grand. We had lovely weather which always helps. But the course is fab. Varied holes. Not ridiculously difficult (for mid level golfers like me). Beautiful views and the course is in great condition. We really enjoyed... More

We visited the golf club for lunch which was served by a most pleasant girl and we returned that evening for dinner as it was very close to our hotel. The setting is lovely with a beautiful winding avenue. It is a lovely looking building and the food was very good.
