A lovely trip on a boat to amazing caves. It is very touristy- but that said still worth while- and the trip on the river is very calming.

I came here for the first time after almost 20 years the cave opened to public. Even though the artifacts are less watery due to the flow of tourists, you can still enjoy the beauty of the various themes.

i would definitely say the caves and phong Nha-Ke Bang National Park. Halong Bay is far too built up and the excursions dont take you into any on the jnlets or onto the outcrops.

So we had a private tour arranged for us through More Fun Travel. The website is fun in Vietnam and they can arrange.
