We visited as a family of 4 with a toddler and baby (and grandparents in toe). The attention to detail was truly fantastic, the tiles that were slightly non-uniformly layed, to the dusk, dawn and night time settings. The train that came round had our...More

We visited this attraction in our town on a rainy afternoon when the English grandchildren were getting bored! Not sure of what we'd find, the three generations (aged 3 to 68!) very much enjoyed the visit of this model Vendée village created with such love...More

My family and I were skeptical about this very small attraction but in the end we spent over an hour taking in the detail and animations. The whole experience is enhanced by the chaging from night to day and a train which runs back and...More

Took my 2 girls 4 and 6 as well as teenagers to this attraction yesterday and was very surprised at the amount of detail and love put into the tiny models. They all enjoyed just watching and soaking up the atmosphere of the "busy" little...More

Unsure what to expect from reading the promo literature we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this exhibit. It was a very well put together representation of life in rural France in tomes past.Well worth it.

On holiday we went to this place and really enjoyed the visit. The time taken, 10 years, by two people to create this is devotion of the highest type. Well laid out, and easy to see what was what, it took us about 1.5 hours...More

Fabulous craft of a miniature history timeline of Vendee. Fabulous detail into each section of the work. Lights go out every 10mim or so to represent late night.

Excellent for a morning or afternoon or wet weather. It is set inside and has a great display of life in the Vendee. Recommended.

We chose to go here as an alternative to the beach for a morning and it was great! It is very different to the tired and run down model villages in the UK. House in a large room, the lovingly hand-crafted recreation of a typical...More
