This is a delightful place to visit for a bit of a change from the beach/standard holiday stuff. From a grownups perspective, the attention to detail is amazing and seeing some of the history of how people in the area lived is actually very interesting....More

We took our 2 granddaughters to this incredibly detailed miniature museum. They were enthralled as we worked our way around the different scenes of the various dioramas depicting Vendee life in the past. The fact that the whole museum changed from daylight to nighttime periodically...More

This was memorable on all levels. The 10,000 hours spent on the construction of buildings, working model figures and machinery, leaves one only to marvel at the impeccable detail. Definitely a ‘must see’!

We visited this attraction in our town on a rainy afternoon when the English grandchildren were getting bored! Not sure of what we'd find, the three generations (aged 3 to 68!) very much enjoyed the visit of this model Vendée village created with such love...More

My family and I were skeptical about this very small attraction but in the end we spent over an hour taking in the detail and animations. The whole experience is enhanced by the chaging from night to day and a train which runs back and...More

Unsure what to expect from reading the promo literature we thoroughly enjoyed our visit to this exhibit. It was a very well put together representation of life in rural France in tomes past.Well worth it.
