The bar does not open during October but this is one of the best beaches in the alentejo litoral. The sea can be ruff so be aware of the waves and currents.

One of the most beautiful beaches in Portugal. Road to the beach gives you a real holiday feeling and the beach bar is basic but excellent !! Very good snack or salad. Perfect place for a beach holiday.

A definite must see if you want to be away from the crowds but still have access to a little cafe/bar - Bar dos Tigres. . Waves can be high and not always the most swimmable beach but well worth the excursion!

A non well known beach in the middle of the biggest sand extension in Portugal. You can enjoy this beach whether in summer as well as in winter, for a walk on those sunshine cold days.

Aberta Nova -A small masterpiece. A bumpy road with gravel leads to this beach with a little Snack-Bar. Awesom waves for some water fun activities. Of course the sand is clean and super smooth. I recommend this with all my heart

The road is hard but it worth the visit to this beach. We went on a Sunday in the top of the Summer and We could enjoy a calm and beatiful beach with plenty of space to do whatever we want.

Beach very calm and lots of sand but access and parking are difficult. Not so good for kids when the sea is with waves.
