We stopped in for a rest during a long drive down to the South of France. We found a nice little park for the children to play in, whilst we looked across at the cliffs.
It was incredibly hot, so some of the play equipment in the park was far too hot for the children to put their hands on! :0( very hot.
The area is lovely to look at, and I'm sure on a cooler day we would've sat out longer, but the heat was too much.
Certainly worth a visit if you are in the area.

Walking along the Yonne, or atop the cliffs are two ways to enjoy this great scenery. Birds and orchids for the amateurs !!!

This is a wonderfully relaxing place along the river with typical boats. You can come rock climbing or just biking from Chatel Censoir

Follow the red and yellow walking path out of the village and over the river, The path takes you up to the top of the rocks, A fantastic place to see the surrounding area and watch the sun set,

If you are in the area, this really is a good spot to relax. The river and canal is beautiful, the cliffs are striking, and there are 100's of Peregrine falcons nesting in the cliffs and flying about.
