The trainers att the gym have a lot of knowlege and if you only travel just to train muay thai and are not so picky about the rest, this is a good place. The hotel is not what I expected to what it cost. Tv did not work and I had to ask them to change my towels, no small... More

Although I only attended for 5 days while my partner attended a yoga retreat elsewhere on the island I can say this is a good place to learn Muay Thai or refine your skills. I was one of a few others training there as a beginner, though I will say this place is more focused towards individuals who already have... More

Training here is tough, more so than any training I had done in Muay Thai in the past 1.5 years! Trainers are relentless, pushing you to your limits but I was so impressed with the consistent one on one assistance I received. If my technique wasn't perfect, they would step in - I learnt so much in the week I... More

At first I was a little bit put of by the accommadation. My idea of a deluxe room is quit different. But when I got passed that I was very positively surprised by the level of the training. The trainers really want to learn you something. The classes are small, so they have lots of time for you. Ofcourse the... More

This is my 2nd time at KYN after I was recommended to come here by a friend 2 years ago. As soon as you arrive you are made to feel welcome by the staff, owners, trainers and the other people who train here. There is a wonderful sense of community here that will stay with you once you return home.... More

If you are worried about coming and training here don't be. The second that you arrive you relax make friends and train like a beast. Yes it is hard work but you learn fast in small groups with some of legends of Muay Thai that want to teach you and care about your improvements. They take as much time with... More

I had a wonderful experience at KYN Muay Thai Gym. The island Ko Yao Noi is a peaceful, quiet place, perfect for soul searching moment. KYN Gym is not too crowded and its trainers are all friendly and a dedicated bunch of muay thai trainers who will shape you up and make sure you go the distance. Muay thai training... More

An authentic gym to learn Muay Thai on a gem of an island! I arrived as a novice and was immediately impressed with both the quality and patience of the trainers. They are all top guys and were predominantly the reason this whole experience was as epic as it was. The gym is in a stunning location with a visual... More
