Did a quick stop here after a great twisty ride. Incredible place but very busy even at the end of September. So its difficult to find the peace and tranquility this place should offer.

A beautiful church in a spectacular setting. Outside is a nice statue of Pelayo (although you can find him everywher in northern Spain) and the outside of the church does look impressive. Inside it also looks spectacular - full of historic artifacts, carvings, altarpieces, etc....More
