Since we were staying in Casa de Campo, we decided to visit the closest casino to our location. It was small, a little smoky, but entertaining with the tables, slots and disco in the back. I played one slot machine for over an hour on $20 and the same on a blackjack table. The atmosphere, free drinks and the dancing made it fun, inexpensive entertainment.

The girls that serve drinks did not speak 1 word of English. GMAB. And there were not enough working machines that were non video. I hate those.

We spent an evening at the Casino during our stay. Was small and not busy at all. What I liked was the low minimum bets which brings amateur gamblers like myself to the tables. Service was good. Drinks were free which was a surprise. Of course they allow smoking but it wasn't too bad for a reformed smoker like myself.

I always fit in a couple of visits to this casino/nightclub on my visits to the DR.
Although i don't gamble myself there always seem to be plenty of people there who do.
Walk through and you come to the night club, be prepared to be searched and ladies they WILL look in your handbags.
The music is great a mixture of Bachata, Merengue, Salsa and the usual club music.
Prices are reasonable for drinks

Went here for one night from hotel. Free shuttle which was good and given a voucher for free bottle of champagne which was basically fizzy water and a $20 free bet voucher - which you have to match with you own money to be able to use. So no surprise the first $40 yielded little wins. Staff are the most unwelcoming I have ever met and the managers seem to communicate with them by making car sounds. You can’t change any vouchers from the machine if they are less than a dollar, despite having several that came to several dollars. There is also no function to add these back into the machines like you can in Vegas. It’s a nice touch but you are not made to feel welcome and don’t go with high expectations. We were there for 2 hours and weren’t even offered a drink or signposted to any type of bar.

About 6 slot machines. More people working in resort then patrons. The other few who were locals were being patted down as they entered. I stayed at Wyndham. There was a brochure stating there was a free shuttle from 6pm-midnight. That is not true. The shuttle does not start till 9pm.

Very limited blackjack &,poker facilities.Lots of slot machines.Gets busy later & getting on the tables isa drawn out affair.Smoking is permitted at the tables so if you don`t want to smell like an ashtray pick your seat carefully.Proof of age(passport or drivers lisense) is always sought so if your not old enough don`t try it.

i was here just for a couple of hrs but it was fun most ppl had a good and outgoing attitude. one thing i really lake is that they had a specific smocking area, they also have a night club its kinda small but its fun with great music, im not sure if its open every night but i was there on a Thursday night they even had two performers it was a great show we enjoyed it.

The Viva will shuttle you to the casino for a night of gambling. It was not crowded the night we went but it was worth the trip to check it out.

If you're traveling to Bayahive, you have to visit this casino. It won't be Vegas; but you can entertain yourself with a few slot machines, my boyfriend won about $200. The have a pretty amazing disco where you can dance your night away. It get full of people Tuesday and Thursday other than it's not lot of people dancing. The bartender crew are great, they're there to serve you with a smile. The DJ it's wonderful! I would recommend this place and we are planning to comeback again during my next trip!

Si, lo pedis en el Lobby...queda a una cuadra y media, pero por un tema de seguridad, te llevan y después en el casino solicitas la vuelta y te dejan adentro del hotel...muy buen servicio.

No, it's not a resort casino. Anyone can visit, it's a very small one. They have a nice disco inside, like Vegas style with lights, the music it's awesome and some days you may have to pay because they have special events. I rented a condo in Bayahive, you can just walk there even late at nights since there's always security walking 24 hours. Hope this is helpful.

Que distancia hay entre el casino y el Viva Palace y tambien saber no se muy bien como le dicen pero es pagar un plus para recibir mejor servicio puede ser?

hola pame, se supone que el Palace es mejor. Pero te puedo decir que yo fui hace 5 años y me di cuenta que es lo mismo.La diferencia mayor es que desde el Palace puedes acceder a todas partes y no así desde el Beach.Al Palace va gente de mas edad y además casi todo se habla en italiano.
Espero te sirva.Yo te recomiendo el Hotel Iberostar Hacienda Dominicus, a fin de año será la 3era.vez que voy.
