If you are traveling in or out Portugal by the Vilar Formoso frontier do a detour to visit this very interesting middle-age town; you’ll not regret it! As is quite a desert town you shouldn’t plan to visit it during meal time. Enjoy!

The town and ruins were very clean and peaceful. A lovely place to walk around and enjoy the location. The church ruins are very lovely. The municipal WC was very clean and recently updated. 30-40 minuet visit.
