I was visiting family members in China and we were hosted by government officials in the area. Before the tidal wave there was a celebration with speeches, dancers and acrobat performers. I arrived on bicycle from Haining city, drove direction south on #203 Provincial road, which leads to Wengjin road along river bank. Through the first small village between Wengjin rd and river drove to the levee of Qiantang river. A couple of steps up to the levee and I could see endless Qiantang river.
