We visited by walking up the well signed path from Cannobio . Pretty location with waterfall leading to river with lots of fish and pebbled beaches. Typical Italian church with popular restaurant at the rear

Not a great deal to see here but it's worth driving the 2.5km from Cannobio if you plan to also have lunch in the restaurant

This restaurant is very small and quaint and has regional specialties. It is had to find in a small village behind a church next to a gorge. Lunch would be even better with a view of the gorge and seated under the trellis.

If you are in Cannobio you must visit this! The bridge is suspended at 25 meters from the river and there is a small cascade near by! In addition, you can do some diving!

Walk up from Cannobio or take the free summer bus, but don't miss this beautiful unique place. Great swimming hole in the heat of summer.

We walked from the Cannobio town center along the river to Orrido di Sant'Anna and back. This is a very nice walk. Specially the view from below the river to the Orrido di Sant'Anna. There is also a restaurant behind the church, but the prices...More

The photo describes it better than I can... well worth a peek. Go and stand on the bridge at the top there but don't look down if you're scared of heights. Fantastic little haven just off the beaten track and only five mins from Cannobio.

Lovely place to visit. A wee bit disappointed the church was all locked up and not able to see inside.
