A wonderful and inexpensive cable car ride up to Pigra, where hiking and biking trails abound. It is quite a ways up (900 feet), so one of our party had a bit of difficulty breathing before adapting to the change in height. But great views!

We recently rode the cable car from Argegno to Pigra. I do not like heights so the journey to the top was not particularly pleasant but the views at the end were well worth the ride. I can't imagine where you would see more spectacular...More

It’s a very steep ride on the cable car but it is worth it for the views from the top. There isn’t much up at the top but the ride and views are worth it.
