Great swimming and friendly bars all along the beach. Lovely sun beds which can be hired. You can have total peace and quiet or lively with background music.

Skala is a beautiful place to visit, it isn't over busy and noisy, there are lots of place to eat and drink without breaking the bank and very body is friendly.

Love Skala beach. Although a little stony it is never too crowded, and a great place to swim. Sunbeds are €8 for two but wirth it for the comfort

Visited this beach for the day , we sat at the very far end and enjoyed peaceful surroundings , middle area set with sun beds and beach cafes . Beach shingle and pebbles so beach shoes advised .

Went in August - weather was overcast for a few days with some rain. Last time when we went in September the weather was fantastic throughout :)

The sea deepens quickly in Skala ie by the time your 15 ft or less out your out of your depth and its pebbles. Just around the corner approx 5-10min drive before you reach Katelios is Mounda/Kaminia beach which is sand and... More

Not hilly in my opinion just a the odd slope like the main street. All the hotels on the front (Poros road) are on the flat.
