I love kayaking in here. Lots of interesting marine life, including fish, birds, otter, mink, starfish and more. The walk is great. We always bring out of town visitors here to share our piece of paradise.

Through the woods, on boardwalks over swamps, up rocky trails, up to scenic viewpoints. Lots to see on this hike. Can be a bit challenging with big steps, ups/downs in the less-groomed section, but still good for less-experienced hikers.

From the parking lot one follows the trail through the trees past beaver lodges to get to Smuggler's Cove, where sailboats at anchor add to the picturesque charm.

Smuggler Cove was a quick decision to pull off the road and explore. The temperature was about 0 degrees C, the trees were flocked from a light snow a couple days before, and we had just about 2 hours left of light before the dark...More

An easy mostly flat walk through the forest with exceptional views along the way. Good for all levels of ability and easy access with a small parking area at the trail head.
