Take a bus 15 and get off at Coloane village. Go early and get a seat at Lord Stowe's cafe. Order a double expresso and 4 egg tarts. Savor and enjoy the moment. Egg tarts can't get better than this.

It's a nice trial for hiking which I have never done it before. The signage is not that good at the beginning... perhaps I cut into it from Hac Sa Beach, which is a different trial joining the Coloane trial. Overall it's a nice easy...More

I found Coloane peaceful and lovely! Authentic.Though I was told that I would not need much time to see it, just one hour, I wish I had budgeted three hours. Right by the water, Coloane has its own, smaller and more peaceful version of Macau's...More

If you are ready to leave the Cotai strip and the old town behind you, I can recommend going to Coloane. It's a small town south of Cotai. It has a beautiful seaside street with old trees and colonial buildings next to it. It's much...More

Coloane is a small but nice village, away from all the casino craziness of Macau. You can wander around in the little streets and get a good eggtart at Lord Stows Bakery. We had lunch at Cafe Nga Tim, which I would definitely recommend, considering...More

The small village is beautiful and quiet. People could enjoy wonderful egg tart, and strolling along the river banks.

This village is located near the Cotai island and should be visited to have a sneak peek into Portugal influence in Macau. Must visit.

I love going to Coloane. It's a lovely place to chill and hide. Not a lot to see but what there is,isi quite interesting. Avoid Sunday afternoons - it's wildly crowded with tourists eating tarts.

Just one bus ride away, you get to see Macau from the outside. Still close to everything but chilled and with more than a little feeling of the Algarve as you travel around its intriguing coastline

Hi Things here are a bit unsettled after Hato - especially in Coloane Village. If you do come, take the HK ferry to Taipa Ferry Terminal ferry route. This is closer to Coloane, about a 15minutes taxi or a 25 minute bus... More
