Beautiful medieval church
Jul. 2016 • Couples
This is situated out of the town center. The old church has its nice looking Churchyard. Nice Gothic church with the equally beautiful Madonna in it.

Beautiful church
Jul. 2015
Surrounded by a nicely maintained cemetery outside the center of Enns...the gates are made out of bronze and are impressive (never mind heavy)....in 1988 the Pope Johannes Paul II visited the sight and said Mass on a field behind the church...I would recommend making a quick stop at the Basilica while passing thru this area

Worth the stopover
Sep. 2014 • Friends
Had to stop at Enns for refueling NPG Gas. Decided to make a lunch break here.
Enns is considered to be Austria's oldest town.
The Basilica Lauriacum (Basilika St. Laurenz) was built on a site of ancient Lauriacum in the late 13C. Its Baroque ribbed vaulting is more recent.
Nice town, everithing in a short walking distance. Worth a visit.
