Our family was happy to be one of Captain Graham's first tours out on Lake Erie in May 2022 on the Victoria Day long weekend. Graham was a really friendly and knowledgeable tour guide. He knew about the marsh habitat, local history and also had some pirate tales to share with our child. Graham really goes above and beyond to help you have a great trip and I highly recommend taking a tour with Long Point Island Hugger Tours.

It was a windy and wet day but Graham assured me that it would be calm at the East Marsh and that the sky would clear. It did. The tour of the east side of Long Point was splendid. Graham had stories about rum-running and piracy in the old days on the lake, detailed knowledge about the delicate ecosystems, plus some newsy bits about the cottages. We discussed at length phragmites australis, the highly invasive reed, - and I learned more about the effort at Long Point by government and nature organizations to restore the habitat. The tour was excellent in all respects. Thank you Graham

Graham took us out on an unforgettable photography sunset tour and knew exactly how to set up every shot. I can't say enough good things about his work ethic and dedication to giving his clients the best possible experience. This was truly an experience of a lifetime.

I would give a higher rating if I could! Captain Graham was outstanding. We spent a couple of hours out in the water; we not only got to enjoy the natural beauty of Long Point but we also learned a lot from Graham about its history and landscape. Overall it was a very pleasant afternoon and we highly recommend it to anyone!

If you're visiting the area or looking for a relaxing day on the water, this is a must-do tour on Lake Erie. The Captain (Graham) was delightful - full of information about the history of the lake, early settlements, the biosphere, wildlife and he knew all the canals and channels so well. Our tour enjoyed two stops on our 3-hr tour. Lots of opportunities to take photos and wade in the beautiful water. I will definitely be returning for another tour.
