The place is nice and clean.
On the southern side a walking path is well preserved, with wooden railings and small bridges.
But getting to know how to enter this path is not adequately indicated and makes necessary to ask several times for guidance.

I am a frequent visitor, and if you are anywhere near Chard, the Reservoir is definitely worth a visit. Lovely spot, birds and wildlife to see, lots of areas for the kids to have fun - and great walks.
