Cox's Bazar beach is the longest sea beaches in the world. It’s a sandy beach with an unbroken 155 Km length. The sea beach is the main attraction of the Cox's Bazar town. There are large number of hotels, resorts, guest houses, motels and restaurants have been established in the city. Many international standard 3 to 5 star hotels and resorts are available, which provide exclusive beachside area with accessories for the tourist. It’s a stunning and beautiful place to enjoy swimming, walking, and to observe sunrise and sunset. It’s a wonderful beach to visit for the family, friends and tourists and to enjoy the amazing nature

To be brutally honest, this “beach” is not even a beach in the sense that any Westerner would understand. It’s basically a wide sediment plain that the sea laps over as the tide comes in. The “sand” again is a kind of sediment that resembles wet cement. As this is a sediment plain and not a beach, there are no attractive coconut trees, no vegetation of any kind, no seashells… it’s a wide, very wide sediment plain of wet cement. “Longest beach in the world”—what is that supposed to even signify? Does anyone even care how many kilometers a beach runs? Beach length doesn’t mean anything. What matters is the quality of the sand and water, the attractiveness, the swim-ability and wave characteristics, etc. Cox Bazaar beach fails on every one of these, except that there are waves, but unfortunately no beach but a sediment plain to land on. The only positive thing to say is that the wet cement-like plain is diligently kept clean, and since there are no seashells or even stones you can very safely walk barefoot on it—but no one seems to walk barefoot, curiously no one removes their footwear or any articles of clothing. The water too is clean but dark and murky due to the color of the sediment. So what is it if not a beach—it’s a kind of gathering spot for the Bangladeshi public—a wide expanse to appear in your finery and frolic among the masses. It’s a place to see and be seen and get photographed with SLR cameras.

Enjoying the sea is one of my favorite hobbies. I try to visit Cox's Bazar once every year. I like the night sea most. The sounds of the wave, the breeze, the quietness and moreover the environment amuse me everytime I visit there,

As a sea beach, this is amazing. Blue sky, blue seawater. The waves are gentle yet aggressive at times. It makes anyone feel at home.

The only problem or issue is the local photographer, jet-ski riders, quad-bike riders, and many others. They nag a lot. If one just wants to have a peaceful time, it often hampers due to their nagging.

Another issue is that the local tourists are so careless about their own precious natural gifts. Littering here and there makes the beach absolutely dirty. Though in recent times this littering habit of the locals is been under control. There are adequate numbers of dustbins, and the local tourists are now pretty much aware of preserving nature.

I love Cox's Bazar sea beach no matter what. Will visit in the coming days for sure whenever I can manage a bit of time.

Visited this place for more than 15 times. Never felt bored or bad. Specially I like the private sea beaches of the resorts in marine drive road rather than crowded kolatoli, shugandha or laboni point.

Cox's Bazar Beach, located at Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh, praised as the longest natural sea beach in the world running 150 kilometres. However it is second longest after Ninety Mile Beach in Australia. It is the top tourist destination of Bangladesh. It is very healthy beach and food paradise and very safe place for foreigner. Hotel are so cheap here and well organize and local people are so kinds. If you wish to travel in Bangladesh then must go Cox's Bazar sea Beach at fast. Recommended and recommended and again recommended.

My soul is full of longing for the secret of the sea. One of my favorite holiday destinations. I love the beach and the city itself. Cox’s Bazar isn’t Waikiki, Aruba or Copacabana. The city doesn’t have expensive shopping malls and fancy cars on the street. It is safe and quiet for the most part. It’s definitely old fashioned. And that rustic feel attracts me the most.

Arriving to Cox’s Bazaar Beach is really a very hard journey for the bad and not maintained roads. Almost one and half hour of jumping up and down, till you reach to the spot. Such a nice beach where you can do many water sports, kayaking , horse riding, parasailing, walking, swimming and many others. On the other side of the beach, a long chain of restaurants as well as stalls selling coconut, food and others.
A good visit.
