Many attractions are for the tourists around Cox's Bazar. You can come Himchori to see it's Waterfall, this is famous for waterfall, though in the winter season it dwindles but during the rainy season it's really a fabulous and full waterfall can be enjoyed.

We were ripped off at the entrance. The sign said 23 taka, but we (Europeans) were forced to pay 120 taka each. I could see all the other tourists (Bangladeshi mostly) paid the normal price.
There were a few stairs up to the viewpoint, were we could look down on the beach and into the forest. Not very high, not very much to see, and very packed with people, so the constant questions and staring from other people is also quite tiring in the long run.
There is also a “waterfall”, but at this time of year I guess it’s not at its most stunning. More like a tiny stream dripping down from an manmade opening. This was not worth it for me.

Like all of Cox's Bazar beaches, this is long. But unlikes many of the other stretches, this stretch is narrower. It can also get very crowded due to the national park and waterfall being right across the street. There are better sections of the beach to visit.

It's a small mountain from where you can see part of the sea beach but not panoramic view because of the trees around. At the back side is the mountain there's a small waterfalls. It may not worth going only to this place but still make sense to go there if you're tired of sitting in Cox's Bazar only. One time experience is fine.

here you can enjoy the beauty of sea and hill. it little far from cox'sbazar city. on the top of the hill you will feel the beauty of sea. but climbing up on the hill you need to complete thousands of steps . that's why you need to be energetic.

It was an outstanding experience for me. 'Himchori', this place is like a heaven on Earth. The place is serene and exotic. It is not too crowded. The sand is soft. Water is clean. You will like to have a stroll on the beach. The mountains fronts the bay....'picturesque' may be a word to describe its beauty. Go to Cox's Bazar. When you climb up to the top of the mountain you know it is worth the effort. The view is amazing and spectacular. You can see the longest beach in the world from there, unbroken, uninterrupted.

There are plenty of hotels where you can stay. From Cox's Bazar it will not take too long to go to Himchori (Est. About 30-45 mins on drive). There is a road named Kolatoli Marine Drive road which will take you there. There are some resorts, restaurants, markets in Himchori. You can also shop there.

Make sure you have proper transport arrangement to return to Cox's Bazar from Himchori as well. Visit there during day time. The best time to go there is October-March.

You should definitely pay a visit to the parasailing activity at Himchori Cox's Bazar. There are three parasailing groups so far to provide this exciting activity. One group is Parasailing another one is Fun Fest. If you start from Cox's Bazar main town to Himchori road, you will find these two groups respectively. I forgot the name of the third group.

How was the experience?
Very good. I flew for 8 minutes. I could enjoy the longest sea beach as well as the Himchori mountain in the back. What a view!! I took the package of flying only in sky. There is another part, which is tk touch the water sometimes but I didn't do that as I fear water. However, it is not like the Phuket one but best activity in Cox's bazar. In addition, you need to negotiate for price. With good negotiation the groups provide discounts for customers. But it also depends on when you are going. In the off peak season they consider more discounts. I took the parasailing package of 1500 taka.

Good luck to the visitors!

Nothing much to see, view at the top was okay but just overcrowded with locals. Place definitely need more care for the human negligence and ignorance caused the place to suffer because of the trash lying around.

Once this place was popular for a mighty spring, which is almost gone now! But if you can ride on the top of the hills, the surrounding view is beautiful with green hills on one side and the Bay of Bengal on another side! Bonus is the marine drive road through which you will reach here from Coxsbazar! It takes 30-45 minutes each way to come from the town!

This place really spoiled my mood. Spent almost three hours from hotel and all I find is drain water and manmade hole on a stone wall, out of which drain water comes out. People are stupid to take pics here!! There are stairs that lead to main water storage and all I saw was damp sand soaking dirty water! Guey and Yuckky!!! It took us just 10 mins to discover that we shouldn't have come here at all. Small place and the Worst part of the trip!! PLease Don't Go!!
