This beach has nice waves and may be good for surfers (there are a lot of them). The place is nice and beautiful, but the water has some seaweed. If you are visiting the 4-beaches, give a look, otherwise Hawaii and Itambezinho are better.

We loved Engenhoca beach! Perfect for families with smaller children. The track that leads to the beach is also very nice.

Outside the city, so you need a car;/taxi/bus to get there. Starting from the indicated place on the road, walk about 20 min to reach this place and other 15 to reach Havaizinho beach, just beside.

After a short walk through the jungle in which you can see old sceletons of buildings you get to a very nice beach, with lots of nice surfers. You can even buy some small snacks at a beach bar.

All places has its beauty in a way, so they can't be really compared. But I'm biased to say that found it to be the best beach among the others we've been (Itacarezinho, Tiririca, Rezende, and even Jeribucaçu). We went there in a day of...More
