its a very old church in the centre, maybe a great place to get married but do not know anyone that has found out about that, bang in the middle of the old town and 100 metres from the KTEL bus stop

This small church is next to the museum and a great souvlaki place. It is very rustic and well maintained. My wife lights candles every time we are there. It is small, more like a chapel than a church. Well located near shops, restaurants, cafes.

It will just take a few minutes to walk through this small Greek church. We enjoyed sitting just outside having a Coke and looking at the little fountain and the pigeons and people and the outside of this simple church.

This church is located inside the old city of kalamata. You can visit this place and take the feeling of how Kalamata was hundred of years before. There you can also find many shops which are like an "old style " market.

We had seen the monasteries already and this was a smaller version of those sites but beautifully preserved they knew how to build. Worth the time to visit and see the tapestries and ornate decoration inside. Awe inspiring.
