Meghalaya is the land of waterfalls and it's best experienced when visited during rainy season. One can go up to the edge of the Dainthlen Falls.

Wonderful scenic area with waterfall where you walk over its source. Great place to relax. A little de-route but worth it.

Some drivers won't tale you here... Little far on special a route, not much developed etc....However, beating all this odds, Dain Thlen is good place to see. Some say it is good picnic spot as well...After heavy rain the place may be at its peak.....More
