Amazing place! Beautiful scenic location and wonderful for a quiet, long, leisurely walk along the canal. Even in the rain! Recommend a visit and lunch at the Fisherman's too!

If there is a boat in the lock I'd allow an hour. Then if there isn't you can always stop by the cafe for ice cream or hot chocolate depending on the weather. We parked near the lock and walked from there (about 5 minutes... More
