We booked for three mornings of advanced intermediate lessons and found it so helpful we booked 2 more mornings. Our teacher Florent was patient, engaging and full of humour, and far from critical he was always encouraging. We felt so much more confident skiing in powder and controlling speed through technique. We spent 2 afternoons with 2 of the other... More

In january I went on my very first ski holiday and to say I was scared to get on the pist was an understatement. I booked my first hour lesson not knowing what to expect. I met my teacher Tierry, whos been teaching for over 30 years and relaxed instantly. After one hour I was desperate to continue, i then... More

Fun off-piste adventure, friendly and willing to go with our inspiration. Happily moved off the technical piste training to teach us jumps :) So much fun

Each Sunday afternoon (2-5pm) ESF provide a FREE guided ski tour of the of the ski areas of La Rosiere and Les Eucherts. Our two instructors, both called Fabio, guided the party on lifts and down pistes stopping to give an informative commentary on geography, history and useful information. A stop at the highest point "the fort" is rewarded with... More

I have just returned with family from La Rosiere where I had a week of lessons with ESF. They were absolutely brilliant! My instructor was Matteu (Matthew), I cannot sing his praises enough and his english was fantastic. For the whole week he challenged me but also made the lessons great fun. 6 days is a long time and I... More

We had an excellent week of lessons with ESF. Having skied twice before I wasn't sure I wanted a whole 6 days of lessons but was so still enjoying them on day 6. Every day was something new and we had fun doing the slalom courses and trying some jumps too. Our instructor also had the inside information on the... More

I took 3 days (2h each) of personal lessons to learn the basics of snowboarding. Jerome from the ESF la Rosière (les Eucherts) was an awesome instructor, dynamic and cheerful, and helped me through all the difficulties a beginner could meet. With only 2 hours per day, I was able to learn relatively easily, when my friends had wasted days... More

We have been coming here for years, and all our children have had the same teachers. Enthusiastic bunch of instructors, good location for teaching, and they are not against putting in the extra, taking the kids on longer trips (into italy for example) than the official lessons. very flexible as well in trying to accommodate larger groups and families.
