Although we only went for a pumpkin we also picked a variety of other vegetables. I am not sure this is the cheapest place for vegetables but really like the idea of picking your own. A good treat every now and again and helps everyone...More

You have to be selective of what you choose on the menu - but on the whole a good selection and large portions. I wouldn't go for the typical pub food items - I go for the ham hock and smoked cheddar croquettes and they...More

Heartbreakingly disappointing now. Have been visiting and SPENDING! at Garson's regularly for years, but no longer. The last couple of visits have seen further disappointments. The restaurant is far too expensive....offering average food which lacks choice and variety..... and this week we noticed that the...More

I don’t think they should call themselves a garden centre any more. It’s now a large shop selling plants as an afterthought. The restaurant was rebuilt a few years ago. It looks nice, but food is very much third rate. The menu is quite limited....More

Nice place to spend a hour or so at the weekend. Good garden and kitchen shop. There is also a nice farm shop for all your seasonal needs and when you are finished all your shopping you can relax in the coffee shop.

The description garden centre understates the comprehensive range of facilities it provides. Aimed at the higher end of the market it provides high quality produce from pick your own in season to a farm shop providing excellent products including butchers and fishmongers. Plants in the...More

The centre and farm is relatively close to London, took us 25 minutes to drive from Putney. Had an absolute fantastic time at the farm picking fruit and vegetables. In all fairness the variety for this time of the year was not great, mainly squash,...More

Hi - always best to use your car, we have a one-way farm track which takes you around the entire farm - allowing you to stop, park and pick at each crop. Thanks, Happy Picking!
