I tried to pay for half day at 2:15 and they said that they can’t because it has be 3 sharp. Waited in line again and one of the debit machine failed and when I came to pay at 3 sharp they said it all sold out. So not happy with the service and the mis-advertising. Its scam and waisted my time. If I knew from the beginning I wont waited the 45 min.

Could not say enough good about the staff here! They went out of their way to accommodate our group of 19. Excellent customer service on July 9, 2023. Kids had an absolute blast and they made organizing our big group a breeze.

We were there on Canada day and paid for an hour. We found the hour to be long enough for us and our teenage son. Although we really enjoyed ourselves and our son loved it especially, we all found it very slippery and hard to get back on once you fell in the water. Dad fell and dislocated his shoulder (which he had a previous injury of) and I fell and pulled something in my upper back. I guess this is why we signed a waiver form, lol, and although we are in good shape physically, just beware that this structure is very slippery. If you have any kind of water shoes with grip, this is your time to wear them. Lots of challenges here so you can’t get bored. We are glad that sylvan lake has brought this to town, and we would go back for sure ( only with our water shoes next time).
One other thing..., they had two lifeguards out there, but I think it should be recommended that they have three lifeguards with all the smaller kids that were out there unsupervised. Better safer than sorry.

We booked for an hour around noon. We are a family of 5 and paid $65 for an hour. The full hour was really worth it. Life vests are provided. A big clock by the life guard station is visible so you can keep track of time. They put the start time on your wrists bands and they are generous with their time which is great considering not everyone there can swim fast. My teens 10, 12 and 17 all had so so so much fun. We’re hoping to go back again before summer ends.

I took my 11 year old son. We are both very active and good swimmers. On your first time one hour is plenty, but the end of that hour my son was tuckered out and I was having hard time standing up... and the next day I felt muscles I forgot I had :)
We had a great time and heading there again this weekend. Sylvan Lake is pretty chilly, so you want to be there on a HOT day.

We questioned the need to wear a life jacket as we are strong swimmers but you def need one because it is exhausting!! I wouldn't have made it back to shore without my life jacket after the hour of fun. Our family attended at 6:10 knowing they were closed at 7 and wouldn't get a full hour in, but to our surprise they extended the closing time for 15 mins so all of the people who came late could get their full time in. Very kind of them!!
The inflatable set up is so much fun! Very challenging areas and very easy areas. However, if you don't want to get wet this is not the activity for you! It is very easy to lose your balance and end up in the lake. I don't think anyone out there made it through all of the obstacles without falling in. Some found it difficult to pull themselves up on the floating pieces after falling in but there are staff there to help pull you up if needed. If you have bad wrists you probably would not enjoy this as you need to get your entire body back out of the water by pulling yourself up on handles.
Our family of four, including an 8.5 and 6 yr old, enjoyed every min of our hour but all said we have no idea how people can go for longer as we were exhausted after! It is a crazy workout even if you just stand in one spot!! It was the best part of my sons summer and our family had a great family fun evening laughing and playing. It's a must do if you are in the sylvan area!

Our kids were so happy to be in the water during the high temps last week and we were happy to see them sleep so well as a result. Definitely best for stronger swimmers, kids 10+ are more likely to enjoy it as it really is a work-out!

If you or your kids want a good fun workout this is the attraction to take in. Of course you will have to wait till the summer months but don't forget to give this one a try. Park to the west of Chateau suites where the old water slides were. Not as big an attraction as the water slides but very good clean fun.

The Sylvan Lake Aqua Splash falls into STAGE 3 of the Alberta economic relaunch program, so at this time we have not been able to open this season. We look forward to welcoming everyone back next year.

Good morning! For a group of 20 people, there would be a 20% discount off the 1 Hour admissions. And for a group of that size we would strongly recommend you book in advance to ensure space on the park. How deep is the water? Are lifejackets provided? Is there a lifeguard on duty? How much? Questions!!

Life jackets are provided. Lifeguards on the structure. I don’t know the depth of the water but I do know it over 12’ deep.

Hello! and thanks for reaching out. The minimum age for the Aqua Splash Park is 6 years old. 6-8yrs must have an adult go on the park with them, and 9 yrs plus can go alone. Hope to see you there!
