It's a beatiful and romantic place to visit. You pay for the parking as you pay for the entrance tickets. It would be nice if some seats were installed for old people to rest during the walk.

If you happen to be in the area, please do spend an hour ambling round these beautiful and peaceful gardens. Almost no flowers -- plenty of shrubs but it is the water attractions that you go for. The café/restaurant is also well worth a visit.

Not only are the gardens amazing, with extensive natural water features, streams, forest, the castle floating in the middle, but, from 23 - 24 April 2016, this venue hosted a Venetian Carnival , with music and costumes to delight everyone. Besides the Italian display of...More

We visited the gardens on a beautiful sunny autumn day. Even though it was a Saturday it was very calm in the late morning, apart from a few other couples we had the grounds to ourselves. We followed the suggested route and spent around 2...More

Although we made a special arrangement to visit out of season I have to say that the staff couldn't have been more helpful. What makes this garden special is the way in which features have been aded over the centuries yet the overall scheme of...More

We came to the gardens with high expectations. Maybe that was not such a good idea. The gardens are nice and well taken care of. The lakes are not so much. We saw lots of algae in the water which is not so nice. Also,...More

Il y a un tout petit coin jeux avec 2 ou 3 modules (toboggan, toile d'araignée).
